Super friendly sales people. I don't eat there a lot anymore due the size of drinks. They only carry 32 oz size and while that may be a great deal it is just too big. By the time you get to drink it all it is watered down. Food is terrific.

Great customer service and food. My favorite dishes are their pork chops and wings mash potatoes and corn. If you ever visit Albany Georgia, you must visit. If you are in a hurry they have a drive thru for your convenience.

I love this place. Best southern banana pudding!!!! My mom does not make it any more so when I have a hankering for some, I buy theirs. My son is allergic to bananas so what is really great is the pudding DOES NOT have any bananas in it. He loves it too. The pork chops are awesome and my sister loves their fish plate. My mom loves the chicken. Best of all, the food is good , but the service is amazing. I dont care what race, color, or type of job you may or may not have they treat everyone special. Each and everytime I go, I'm honey, baby, sweetie, and have a great day!!! I thank the Carter's staff for being so kind when other places are so rude. I dont mind spending. my money there.

Carter's is a local chain of independent franchisees. It has very good crispy flavorful chicken. Is a staple for on the go working class. I enjoy the food and service.

They closed the drive thru line while cars were waiting. Instead of serving those who were already waiting in line, they put a cone saying closed cutting the line off. That is not the way to do business. I talked to the manager and she should not be in that position if she allows that sort of thing to happen. I took my business to Chik-fil-a. Horrible!😡

Everything was Phonomeal & Good

They need to number one change from those stiff, dry and cold rolls. Number two, get the orders correct. We ordered Cole slaw only to get home 30 minutes later and find we had potato salad, too far to go back and exchange. The chicken used to be juicy and the skin was crispy. Now it's old, and dry !!!

Tasted great as always, however i ordered a 4 piece dinner, breast, legs and a wing. Did not get the breast...

OK so my first time eating here. I had fried gizzard meal and Hubby had livers meal. Wow it was awesome! Cooked just right. Enough for 2 meals. Popped the leftovers in the air fried and it was just as good. Staff is fast and friendly. Dinning.area old but clean.

I love their chicken, it is so good. I also love their greens and dressing. I wish they would offer it everyday.

THE best chicken around. The buffalo chicken tenders are also excellent. Highly recommended. The tenders are big along with the breasts. Fries can be a tad under cooked for my taste sometimes but nothing major. The lunch specials are usually top notch and they have THE best sweet tea around. Banana pudding isn’t half bad either. They are also very fast with service. This place is hoping every week day at lunch so they move customers in and out fast. Call you order in on the over and they’ll have it waiting on you

Wonderful staff. Always friendly an the food is really good. They also have the best sweet tea in town.

Customer service was great but I ordered a cheese burger meal it was terrible the meat was not cook well just nasty fries under cooked only thing I can say that they have good is the lemonade and the good old fashioned banana pudding but I had to go down the road to Wendy's and get me a burger would I visit this location again yes for the banana pudding and lemonade maybe if they had homemade burgers it would be better.
